Our Mission
LEND A HAND
Keeping Families Covered provides free disposable diapers, period supplies, and incontinence products to individuals and families.
Our mission is to eliminate the barriers that exist to access basic human needs
for the most vulnerable residents in the community.
Our Service Model
We distribute products through two channels: a network of community partners and direct service. We provide assistance to individuals and families in need throughout northern Illinois.
Our community partners submit orders to us on behalf of those they serve and we fill them. Orders are picked up at our office by the agency and they handle the distribution to the families.
Direct service is available to individuals and families through our mobile pantry. To qualify, individuals/families cannot be receiving the same products from other agencies and must complete our online registration form. Identification and documentation is required for individuals, parents/guardians, and children.
