Small But Mighty
ABOUT US
LEND A HAND
Founded in 2010 by Ann Marie Mathis, Keeping Families Covered (formerly Twice As Nice Mother & Child) was built with the goal of connecting families with basic needs.
Parenting is challenging, but it is even more difficult when
you lack the necessities. We believe that every parent should be able to provide
their children with the basics they need to thrive.
Since our inception, we have fostered partnerships with over 30 social service agencies and now provide help to thousands of families each month. With just 14 team members who commit over 2,000 hours of service each year, our organization is small but mighty.

ANN MARIE MATHIS
Founder & CEO
As a mother of seven, Ann Marie Mathis understands the challenge of caring for young children. That challenge is compounded when access to basic necessities is unobtainable. Ann Marie believes that all parents should be able to provide their children with the basics they need to thrive—and that is why she started Keeping Families Covered. Armed with a M.S. and B.S. in organizational leadership, and over 20 years of experience in the corporate world, Ann Marie started the organization in an effort to make a difference and help families in crisis, ensuring that donations were delivered to those who needed them most.
